Processing Time:

• Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-3 business days.
• Shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. You must allow time for the order to first process and then be shipped.
